R&T tours Great Yarmouth under 13's Winners
A fine end to an outstanding season saw the team travel to Gt Yarmouth to play teams over the weekend from Coventry,London and Oxford winning 4 and drawing to a very good Oxford City Colts 1-1 in the group stages, who they would go onto play in the final which the Gers went ont win 3-0 with a brace from Mason and a Durnin Headed goal, with the the whole team contributing over the weekend to add the trophy to there league cup winners trophy.

An absolutey thrilling match was played at Goodrich on a bowling green of a pitch under the lights. Coops had a chance to open the scoring early in, but was well saved by the keeper and Bruce hit the post Hawkins took control of the half leading the game at half-time 2-0
Ashmore came out the blocks after the break, and as Cooper and Johnson linked up to Allen he cooly slotted the ball home and from a Cooper free kick which was cleared back to Coops, he then let fly with a 30 yard bullet, if not for the net it would of ended up on the M54. This took the game into extra-time with chances for both sides and with Hawkins hitting the post twice the match was heading for penalties. A high ball from Cooper for Allen to run onto was intercepted by the defender into his own net. At the final whistle there were jubilant scenes for the players offiicials and spectators.
A great game of football between two very good sides.

Ashmore Park Rangers made it through to the cup final on Monday 17 March in an epic match with Yew Tree which was decided on penalties with Connor saving two and COOPS scoring the decisive peno to send the team in wild celebrations,twice the lads came back to equalize to show the spirit and commitment amongst the lads
